Cooperation
As manager in my opinion the success is formed by a dynamic coherence of people and not only by applying certain methods and techniques. Knowing the expectations of the customer and the effect on their environment is key to the success. A good result will only be achieved if the members of our team and the team of the customer work together and respect each other.
You need the people to make the organisation work, a project isn't a one man job.
