I have skills in the area of management and project management (Food, Automation, Industrial EPCM, Engineering-Procurement-Construction-Maintenance), contract management, coaching, change management and people management.
My core qualities are having strong analytical skills, systematic developer, promoter, having attention to other cultures, systems thinker, cooperative, attention to the human factor, communicates easily at all levels of the organization, observation and listening skills, stress resistant and determined.
Sectors in which I experience, among other things, (industrial) automation, marine, aviation, steel, metal and food.
