Being a positive person and having the ability to add perspective helps keeping the moral of my team members high - even under pressure.
I approach complex conflicts and problems analytically and will enter in a reasonable and respectful dialogue. If necessary I will take the shortest route, a deal is a deal and results are key.
By carefully documenting all procedures and steps and having a bird's eye view you have the ability to see the effect of your decisions quickly and on time. To make sure I make the right call, to have full involvement and a joint success. I involve others in the process of making the decision.
